Your Career Starts Here

The apprenticeship programs at the core of the Indiana Careers In Construction Association are the largest trainers of skilled workers in the construction industry in our state. Union apprentices receive approximately 2,000 hours of on-the-job education and a minimum of 216 hours of classroom instruction every year. In addition, first-year union apprentices earn approximately the same amount most college students pay for a year's tuition.   Tradesmen can earn $60,000 or more annually once they have completed an apprenticeship program.

Life Can Be Competitive

Higher number of college students are volunteering or completing internships to gain some industry experience before they leave high school.  We believe in the value of apprenticeship training to set your skills apart from the rest.  Let us help you find your pathway to success!
